Psychological consequences of such an attack cannot be predicted. If something like this happens once, entire world community will live under constant fear of the next attack.

Radiation of nuclear and radioactive materials cannot be seen or sensed by a person, it can be detected only with the special instruments. However it is insufficient to have up-to-date and high sensitive equipment which is capable to detect the least amounts of these materials. It is necessary to know how to apply this sophisticated equipment, how to interpret the readings of various instruments properly. After all, radiation exists in the world not only as nuclear and radioactive weapons.
